LA POSADA
DINNER FEEDING PROGRAM

The La Posada Dinner Feeding Program is our volunteer program created to support our soup kitchen.

The program is a fun way for volunteer groups of all sizes to work together creatively, all while giving back to the community. As a team, you will work together to create a balanced, delicious meal for low-income families, seniors, homeless individuals and asylum seekers.

The La Posada Dinner Program is hosted in our
centralized kitchen and is perfect for a large group of ten or more people.

WHAT TO BRING
Each group is responsible for bringing paper plates, cups, utensils and drinks/drink mix. You may bring food already prepared and cooked or bring the ingredients and cook the meal on-site to serve by 5 p.m. Each group is also responsible for throwing out the trash and overall cleanup so staff can lock up our facility afterwards. There are other functions scheduled during evening.

AVAILABILITY

The La Posada Dinner Program is available Monday through Friday. On weekends and holidays, the program is closed, but please contact us for specific holiday requests.
Monday through Friday, shifts are typically 2-3 hours, available from 3 to 5 p.m. Dinner begins at 5 p.m. and ends at 6 p.m.
Cancellations must be reported 48 hours prior to the scheduled date.
